Medicare Optical Discount

Medicare plans typically do not provide an eyewear benefit. In order to attract more Medicare beneficiaries into our office, we would like to offer them a discount in our optical. If you have Medicare, you will receive a 15% discount on a complete purchase of eyewear (frames and lenses) after you receive an exam from Dr. Dave. Bring your Medicare ID card with you to your exam, and after the exam you are eligible for 15% off the retail price of your complete eyewear purchase (frames and lenses) in our eyewear designs gallery.

BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) Optical Discount

InfantSee Exams

Summit Vision Center now participates in InfantSee, a project sponsored by the American Optometric Association. We give a free complete eye exam to an infant between the ages of 6 months to 12 months. We can only offer two of these per day, so call now to reserve your infant’s first eye exam at Summit Vision Center.

IHC/SelectHealth Optical Discount

We feel bad that IHC/SelectHealth will not allow you to see us for your primary eyecare needs. Since you can’t use your benefits to see us for eyecare, we would like to at least offer you the opportunity to save at our optical. Bring your IHC/SelectHealth ID card into Summit Vision Center and save 15% off the retail price of your eyewear purchase (frames and/or lenses).
